writes:I really like this girl who I work with. we have never had a conversation, but she's all I think about these last few weeks. Out of work a few months ago we both looked and checked one an other out and a few months after that we both smiled at each other at work.She has a boy friend, had one since the second time we smiled at each other, and on sunday I was looking at her and she looked back at me with a sort of look of attraction towards me I don't love her as I don't know what her personality is like but I feel like I'm in love with her just on looks which I know can't happen its just how I feel I'm real mess with all of these feelings in my head

 I agree with KC you have a crush...
just because someone smiles at you does not mean they are interested in being your romantic partner.
this too shall pass, just find other interesting things to do and interesting people to meet and you will soon enough be done with this crush.

 Its just a crush, it will pass in time. Everyone goes through phases of being really attracted to someone and you cant stop thinking about them, but as time goes on and nothing happens between you and that person the attraction fades and you think about that person less. For now all you can do is try and keep yourself busy, keep away from her unless you have to be in the same room for work, and stop smiling at her etc unless you are being polite as you are passing by etc. Try not to check her out either.I hope this helps and good luck!
