You should be cured by morning :-) Seriously I wouldn't worry about it. Everyone has strange sex dreams. I read an article recently in Glamour about this and one person has a recurring dream about having sex with Gollum out of Lord of the Rings. so just think about that my precious...!!!!

 this dream can represent different things to different people. it depends on what feelings the dream evoked - for instance some people may have found it to be a nightmarish dream, others might find it to be a lovely one. you need to tell us more than 'it was a fat doctor and fat celebrity' what sort of characters did they have? the circumstances in the dream that led to the sex?

means that your mind was thinking of something to bring fat men into your dream and you were horny at the time. hormonal even. I wouldn't worry about it. I dreamt that i kissed my gay guy friend once. See wierd. Just ignore it and don't worry about it.
