I can't feel him ejaculating inside me, is that normal?

A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Well, my fiance and I started having sex about 2 weeks ago. We were both virgins and we wanted to wait until we get married in May but it kind of happened by accident. We talked and decided it was OK even though both our families are really against premarital sex.

Now we're learning together and it really IS a lot different than I expected. We did it about 20 times and I have never really felt him cumming inside me. Is that normal? I know when it's happening by how he moves and the sounds he makes. Sometimes I can feel him get really big and hard and twitch in there, but I can't feel his sperm come out. I already knew about that because we started doing oral on each other when we got engaged, but we both think its a lot nicer inside me than in my mouth! After he pulls out I can tell that I'm wetter, but I thought I would feel it happening. Will I be able to feel any difference when I'm fertile and he impregnates me?

And no, we aren't using condoms. Did that a few times and neither of us liked it. We got tested after the first time and we're both OK. I was on hormones for period cramps and got that changed to birth control pills. Now I can't wait until we can sleep together and make love all night!

When I first started having sex I was surprised that my wife didn't feel it when I climaxed in her. She says it's a very special, intimate feeling when she can feel me twitching inside her but even that doesn't happen too often. And, despite the "simultaneous, mutual orgasm is best" myth that some of us grew up with, she's more likely to feel that if I finish AFTER her, and she's started into the afterglow time.

Tisha-1 agony auntDon't tell the men but it's not really something we feel. There may be a change in temperature slightly and you can feel the contractions a bit but you don't actually feel the ejaculation. You're normal!

I can't speak to the impregnation but from what I understand, the hormones that announce pregnancy to the body (and to the test) aren't produced until the fertilized egg implants in the uterus, which could take days or even weeks after intercourse. Take care!
