 I agree with Honeypie completely - either use your fingers or use something that's specifically designed for masturbation, like a dildo. One question, though, which may help your bleeding question: what kind of pen did you use? Cause if you used one that comes with a cap, perhaps the cap came loose and is stuck in there? Not to alarm you or anything, but it's something to wonder. If it wasn't a pen with a cap, then you probably poked yourself too hard. Don't use any more foreign objects!
