 Every girl in the world has physical flaws. And what one guy is into, is a turn off for another guy. Some guys like blond hair, some guys like red hair, some guys like big boobs, some like small ones.
Since your acne bothers you, you really should get it treated. While we're sure you're gorgeous, I can see why you feel badly about acne. Could you ask your mum to make you an appointment with a dermatologist? A competent dermatologist? (The last one I went to was stupid. But there are competent ones out there!)

 A couple things. One, chigirl is totally right, most guys at your age just want to touch boobs so they can brag about it. So I wouldn't be worrying too much about it yet.
Secondly, acne is treatable in the VAST majority of people, you just need to use different products. Make an appointment with a dermatologist to discuss your options. The main two things are tretinoin cream and AHAs.

 Guys don't care about "looks" so much at that age. They care about boobs. Oh, and they like the popular girls just as much as the girls like the popular guys, no matter their looks.
When I was your age, I noticed guys would try to be with two types of girls: one was the girls with boobs, and the other was the popular girl. In either case they didn't want a relationship, they just wanted to brag about having touched her boobs.

Love the skin your in.Saying that get mum to buy you a good antiseptic acne wash n cream like clearosil .. Or tea tree oil .. I found that great at 14 I would dab it on when the little blighter appeared and it helped soothe them and few days they would go .. Don't ever squeeze them .Another thing is start eating more veg if you don't already .. Cucumber mashed up and spread over your face is good for soothing the skin .And hey any guy who doesn't think your cute because of a few spots .. Well there only boys and don't know any different .. You wait, time will bring mr right your very young and I know it matters I've been there had the tshirt . Just hope I can help you maybe not fret so much .. All guys are different. Some guys wouldn't date you, but plenty wouldn't have a problem with it.
Some guys wouldn't date you if you were too short, too blonde, too short-haired, wore too much makeup, had crooked teeth, we're a red head, etc.
Don't worry about the guys who aren't into you, there's plenty that are.
