 The Journal of Sexual Medicine says that the ideal duration of intercourse is between 7 and 13 minutes from penetration to ejaculation.
Personally I have got the ( unscientific ) feeling that quite a few women may need a bit more to reach orgasm , but of course it does not have to necessarily happen during vaginal intercourse !
