 Looks like she wants to take it further but is waiting for the lead. I'm old fashioned in that respect and so are some girls. They like the man to take the lead so that they don't come across as being too needy or pushy. Simply ask her for her number first and if she gives you it, you will know what the next step will be.  Well if you like her and you want it to develop in to something more then i think you should ask her for her number, or if you are afraid that she might not want to give it to you then next time you are online talking to her give her your number and tell her you would like her to call sometime and leave it in her hands.
After a few weeks of talking on the phone maybe then you can ask her would she like to hang out with you and take things from there. Just take it slowely dont rush in to anything.
