 Yes, this doesn't sound like the regular game of getting hit on. This happens so often, and you said you heard guys in the background too when they call you, as well as these guys all having some connection with you.
I am sorry but it seems they have started a game, and you are being played as a prize. You are hard to get, and by the sound of things these guys are now having a contest over who can get you to go out with them first. Im sorry to say that if that is the case they are not interested in you for who you are, but only interested because they think it will make them cool if they are able to win you over.
Stick to your guns and just say NOT INTERESTED, LEAVE ME ALONE. You don't need to explain yourself, just say no. Then perhaps tell your brother to tell his friends to leave you alone, and if they wont you can always call the police on them.
This all sounds like harassment. You need to be very strict and rude in return to them, they do not deserve any silk gloves.
