If You were not drinking You would not get into these sort of situation's. You May end up sleeping with the wrong person and contracting an STD. Or You may end up getting some lady pregnant. Sober up and sort out Your drink problem. If You can't see that You have a drink problem then You are in Denial.

 It's tough to prove a negative - there's no real evidence.
Unless she turns up pregnant or you catch a new STD, there's no real way to know in the hours after the fact.
If it helps, if you were blacked out, there's a possiblity you couldn't get it up, and only made out or something. Still, I'd count it for an attempt, at least. If you're worried you may have cheated, it counts.
