Masturbation is a VERY personal, private, thing so it's understandable - and normal - that you don't want to discuss it with anybody. At the same time - if it's pleasurable, even without orgasm, don't be afraid to enjoy it and not feel guilty. Use it to learn about your body's responses and some of the things you enjoy (or don't enjoy).
When you are old enough and mature enough to participate in adult lovemaking, you'll be able to teach your partner how to best pleasure you. He will probably appreciate that. In the meantime, don't get so occupied with pleasuring yourself that you don't interact with real people, both boys and girls, in non-sexual ways.
Like others have said, if you have to ask whether you've had an orgasm or not - you almost certainly haven't. Don't let that worry you, either. Many women have their first orgasm by pleasuring themselves. Some can never bring themselves to climax, and don't have an orgasm until they start doing sexual foreplay (necking, petting, humping, outercourse, etc - short of actual penetrative sex) with a partner. My wife was 22 (and still a virgin) when I had the honor and joy of helping her to her first orgasm. We had been married several years before she could bring herself to climax.
