Question - (19 July 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 20 July 2009)
A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

We were both deeply hurt by the town gossip and so we took a step back from the relationship. We are slowly stepping back into it but I am confused. Keep in mind that this man was head over heels for me as he put it I was life and his soul and he gave me his all. He is not one to talk about the relationship but his signs seems to indicate he wants to move back to where we were in the beginning.

My question is how slow can we go? And how do I know if it is just friendship or if it is something more? I feel like it is too soon to ask but I don't want to waste my time. I just called him and he immediately called back, has an associatiom meeting and maybe we can do something later, but who knows that meeting I've been to one could last hours. Would he even bother calling back? But then my mind goes crazy and I think antother woman. If there is one why not say or is he afraid to hurt me or am I just expecting too much too soon? I know men somethimes need the space which is what he needed before but me as a female you know we always want immediate answers. How long do I give this? It has been a few weeks.
