A female United Kingdom age 22-25, *erryplant writes:

I'm 15, and I am 10 stone, (145 pounds) and 5 foot 7 inches. I my noobs were a 34c, but lately they've gone smaller and now I'm like a B cup. I haven't lost any weight and my blobs have gone smaller. It's making my self esteem low and it's making me moody. Is there any ways I can make them grow bigger quickly?

Eat lots of protein and products with soy in such as soya milk, tofu, quorn veggie mince ect (good for making you produce oestrogen, which will help boob growth lol) and be patient-most girls are straight up and down till they are like 22 or 3 when they get more of a curvy figure.don't worry about it-as long as you get a good job and make plenty of money you can always get a boob job when you're older anyway-also you can get fantastic padded bras which make you look like 3 cup sizes bigger-you can buy these in some places for a fiver. There are also exercises you can do which develop the muscles underneath your boobs, which will push them out more and give them the illusion of being a bit bigger

Honeypie agony auntYou boobs size fluctuate with your cycle (for some women a LOT and for some not much, you might be one of the first group.)

your value as a person and woman doesn't lie in you boob size, if that is what you think then you will have a limiting life.

Not all brand's of bras go by the same sizing chart. So one bra you might be a C cup, another B. If you normally wear a 34B you CAN most likely wear a 32C. So you can't always go by "cup size". My advice? Ask your MOM to go bra shopping with you and get one (or a few) that FITS right, don't JUDGE yourself by a size tag on a bra!

If you REALLY want to improve on your OVERALL body shape, consider yoga, resistant band, swimming, weights etc. You will find when you hit your 20's and 30's that being fit is WAY more "helpful' in life, than the size of your boobs.

Your boobs will probably keep growing until you are 20 or so anyway and in the meantime if you are that bothered you can always buy a padded bra. Speaking as someone with relatively big boobs I would prefer to have a B cup anyway coz they are heavy to carry round all day! People are all different sizes and shapes and as long as you are healthy then it doesn't matter what you are!

Youcannotbeserious agony auntIf you only value yourself based on how you look, you will always be unhappy because someone will always have better boobs, better legs, nicer face, etc.

I realize that, at your age, how you look is very important. While it is good to stay in shape and healthy, it is not good to fixate on an inch here or there and think that getting that inch back will change your life. WHY do you need to get this extra inch on your boobs back so desperately?

You are at an age where your body will go through many changes quite rapidly. Your shape will change and your boobs will (probably) fill out. Nature, however, has her own timetable and there is nothing safe you can do to make your boobs bigger overnight. You may see pills advertised on dodgy websites but they are all a con, the sellers just preying on vulnerable people with body image insecurities. Don't get conned into wasting your money.

Eat healthily, exercise in amounts appropriate for your age and just enjoy being young. Trust me, you will look back on these years and wish you had enjoyed them more instead of worrying.

A reader, anonymous, writes (19 June 2017):

Your body is still growing and developing!

You will have random growth-spurts. Your arms and legs will get longer, your boyish little-girl body will still be evident, but your hips will start to show more curve over time.

The age of 15 is the awkward-stage of puberty for both boys and girls. Some people look very mature as early as 12; while some are late-bloomers, and don't start really changing until as late as 18.

Biology and genetics makes all the decisions. Ask your mother, grandmother, or older-sister. They'll answer these questions for you. Even your school-nurse can explain how you should be developing at this stage.

I suggest you read-up on puberty and female body-development before you start forming opinions about where your body should be, or how it should look.

My dear, all girls don't develop at the same rate; or in the same way. You won't know exactly what your body will finally look like until you're 21. You'll still be growing and developing up until then.

You're at a very sensitive stage of psychological and physical-development. You at the age some girls start to develop eating-disorders and forming the wrong thoughts about their bodies; because they're comparing themselves to other girls, or models or actresses. Don't you worry about it. Eat healthy, exercise, drink lots of water, and get a lot of fresh air. Get out of your room and stay active, so you're not locked-up in your room forming all kinds of crazy ideas.

Don't listen to mean-girl talk or stupid boys. You're also at that age where teens can't stand us adults, or each other. You'll like boys a little more, and girls a lot less.

Puberty is making you moody; because your hormones are kicking-in and you're feeling exactly what someone your age should be feeling, sweetheart. You're very normal for your age!

You can't make anything grow faster than nature and your genes allow. You have to be patient and smart.

If there was anything wrong with your growth and development; your school-nurse or your pediatrician would be the first to tell you and your parents!

Andie's Thoughts agony auntStuffing a sock in your bra.

OP, having big boobs is actually a curse. Exercise hurts, bras don't support very well, some guys stare in a creepy way, you can get back problems, etc.

Embrace what you have - you're young and great the way you are. Anyone who says otherwise is jealous.

Please don't buy into society's view of "perfect" or "what guys want".
