 Accept the fact that you cant be with him and dont make any advancements toward him theres nothing wrong with thinking about him and fantasizing about him just dont act on your desires but dont neglect to move on and make meaningful healthy relationships.

 Love conquers all - or not. If it is just a crush you will get over it. It's really difficult when you are in the white heat phase and climbing the wall. As you don't say why some sort of relationship isn't possible it's difficult to comment further. Should I guess married?
