Eventually I would wipe my tears, I would pick my head up and hold it high, I would stop answering his calls and in the end I would just MOVE ON.
Right now, grieve all you want. What else are you supposed to do? What she said/did is very hurtful. But NO she is not the one for you.

 Love is a very stong word for her to use, its different if she said fancied, or had a crush on, love is a completely different issue altogether. You can't just love someone then all of a sudden not love them as quick as that. I would make absolutely sure about the situation here before you proceed forward, and try to accetain from her if she meant love, and not just crushed on.

Yes im sure it was justs a crush and if it wasnt she soon noticed that she loved you and snapped out of it.
