 You've been out with him 3 times already. Why didn't it work out? He may like you as a friend but you've given the boyfriend/girlfriend thing a go and it didn't work out. Just be happy to remain a friend.

 You went yout with him before and it didnt work out what makes you think it would work out now. He has now just dumped your friend so no doubt he will be onto his next quest soon. I think you are wasting your time on this guy he sounds like a bit of a player. Also he has just dumped your friend, im sure she will need you to be there for her and not to go off with her x.

After all he's already gone out with you and only just recently dumped your best mate. If you decide to go out with him you might be putting your friendship with your best friend at risk. Move on, you are only young and there are other boys out there in which won't decide to go out with your friends after going out with you.
