When they saw me a few years later were like 'oh my god you've got boobs!' who cares if you haven't got big boobs! Give your body a chance to grow and give yourself a chance to appreciate your body as it is. You'll learn to love yourself and when your boobs grow its an added bonus! X

Get fat. Of course then you will be fat and less attractive so it won't have worked anyway.
You are still growing. I was a B cup till I was 16 then BAM they went huge over the next couple of years. I now wish they were small again as they get in the way.
Wear a push up or padded bra, but the real key to being sexy is confidence. Keira Knightly is gorgeous and has small boobs. She just makes the most of them.
Halter neck tops will help you make them look bigger. Pull your shoulders back and suck your tummy in and stand up straight. You are gorgeous. If you believe that, everyone else will too.
