 Like the other writers here, this guy can never change. You cant change anyone, the only person you have control of is yourself, so concentrate on yourself and move on. However much into him you are, you either accept him as he is (a player) or pretty much move on...

 The truth is you cant change a player, because as the saying goes- a leopard never changes its spots. Its a losing game and one that i tried for too long with one guy and in the end it just made me bitter, depressed and heartbroken. If its in a mans nature to play around then he will always remain that way. Im sorry sweety its just how it is. My advice to you so you dont get hurt is to get outta there and find someone worthy of your time.

 You have to be the biggest challenge of his life. You have to out play him.
Play very hard to get. Be unpredictable. Keep a lot of things about you secret and mysterious and only let them slip out slowly. Be sweet and lovely when you are together but then disappear for a few days and be unavailable. Don't over communicate. Don't gush. Don't under any account tell him that you love him.

 I guess the change would have to come from inside him, i've tried every trick in the book previously to change players who i've fallen for, and trust me it just doesnt work, one day maybe he'll grow up? and until then i suggest you build some sort of resiliant wall and either forget about him and move on (depending on how hard you've fallen for him) or get with him and prepare yourself for the shit he's about to throw at you.
Because in my experience its impossible to change a player no matter what you do, there still quite immature people who will grab whatever they can just to say they did,
if your wanting to get involved with him be prepared to just be another number...
Good luck though,
you may be able to achive the impossible, even if the odds are against you :)
