Basically just ask her out. She might be shocked at first, but if she is mature enough and has interest in you, she should say yes.

 I think that the best thing that you can do is make a friend out of her for starters. You will both be attending the same class so you will have something in common right away. Use the class as an initial ice breaker then maybe after you could become friends.maybe even help each other out with homework & stuff. And remember that some of the best relationships start off a being good friends first.

 Talk to her. Discuss the lesson and the homework with her. Ask if you can have lunch with her and ask her to a movie and just see how it goes with her. Good luck
