writes: Hi, I'm a guy, in pretty good shape although I don't go to gym, I've got my flat abs my pecks although they are a lot more capable of looking even better, my question is, and I know this'll sound daft, but how can I make my nipples stick out more, at the moment they're completely flat and only when im cold they stick out adding more definition to my chest area.Is there some form of exercise I could do to make them stronger or "stand out" a bit more?Thanks, hope this gets posted.

 Er not heard of any excercises to create pert sticky out nipples... although i do wonder why you would want them to ? There are nipple covers that you can get from sex shops and some other shops online so maybe just invest in some of them, but i guess that would be short term. Not ever heard of a man wanting his nipples to stick out mind you so not really sure how to comment on this.

 How about those nipple formers which enable mothers to feed their babies - they suck the nipple into a more 'accessible' shape..I think you can buy them from most large chemists - maybe a sympathetic lady freind could help you out here!?

No, why would you want sticky out nips seriously. Think of the joggers nipple when you go to the gym and they chafe!

 I saw this sketch on 'sex in the city' once where samantha pulled out some fake plastic nipples....perhaps you could superglue some of those onto your chest because I have never heard of nipple-exercises! Joking aside, I am sure there is plastic surgery available for nipples - less face it, you can have everything else nipped and tucked these days.
