 urmmm if your on orange just get through to customer services and they should be able to do it? would changing the sim be a bit too extreme? if she is really annoying you that much it might be worth doing that

 Don't reply her messages, don't pick up or pick up and leave the phone on the table. If she is too persistant. I would change my number. Or ask you provider :)
