writes:alright so my friend had a party on sunday. the kid that i really like was going to go but didn't end up. he got mad at me for something and wouldn't text me back or pick up my phone calls and i didn't know what i did. so today he texts me and says i know you fucked someone else... but i didnt.. i really like this boy and only him. i would do anything for him to be mine and he doesn't think im even interested.. i try my best to show it and then this stuff happens which makes it even worse.. someone has always been telling the kid that i've been talking to other guys and now they tell him this and they put their life on it. i'm so pissed off. i don't know why anyone would do this to me.. it hurts me so much cuz he doesn't believe me and wants to move on.. i can't even believe this is happening.. i cannot stop crying.. can someone help me please because this isn't even my fault..

reader, anonymous, writes (27 May 2009): I agree, he doesn't sound like he really likes you and instead of just being direct, he picks fights and makes it your fault. It's a cowardly way to treat someone and I'm sorry you are taking it to heart. Immature, manipulative guys do this when they know someone likes them but they don't return the feelings. He likes making you feel bad because it gives him not only the attention and confirmation you like him but it makes him feel important.

reader, anonymous, writes (27 May 2009): It sounds to me like he's not really interested in you and is just looking for excuses to bail out, thats why he listens to other peoples lies instead of the truth your telling him. I remember when i split up from my first girlfriend at your age, it hurt like hell but it's part of life experience and if you have your family and friends around to support you, you will be just fine. Your not the only one going through this trust me.
