In all jurisdictions where it is a crime it would be statutory rape. Depending on your jurisdiction, there could be lesser charges even if it was not statutory rape.

 if your willing its cool. as long as one was not over 18 then your ok. otherwise if one was over eighteen then yes, thats considered stagatory rape.
