Re-using the same condom twice can be risky; the chance of it breaking the second time around is higher. Plus, he threw it on the floor? And THEN put it back on his dick? That's just unhygienic, and he needs to be told that's it's unacceptable.
The chances of you being pregnant are probably low as he didn't come the first time round. But don't be afraid to take a pregnancy test sometime down the track if you're still worried.

Apart from being VERY unhygienic to use the same condom that has been on the floor, the condom is weaker. Never re=use a condom.

 Well it has to have sustained a bit of wear and tear from round 1 so I would ill advise going round two and upping the chances of it tearing.
Leaping strongest to mind tho is a kinda 'ewwww' thought, ...I know he did not blow in it, and I know it is only the usual fluids going on that are no biggy, ... but I mean would you pick a booga and stuff it back up ya nose for safe keepings and later retrieval, ...would you pull a tampon out decide it had more absorption potential and stuff it back in, ... would that be ok since they are all just a bodily discharge?
Going by your age, I am assuming he is young too and either only had one, or was economizing to save money he probably does not earn. Tell him to get some class about him tho.
I suggest tho that if he can;t afford a new conny for each round, then he can even less afford a child that could result from not using one in the best condition.
Personally that sort of act would have grossed me out on principle and round 2 would never have happened.
