We stay up all night textin eachother and he is like the only person I talk to in the day. And we have known eachother since the first day of kindergarten for me . When I went to third grade him and his sisterswitched schools sadly . I didn't see them much after that. He is a big flirt to me. I'm not sure if he's always like that or not but I flirt back some and it always ends up withmaking plans for something. But he never shows up it's as if hes scared to see me. I just wanna know qt to think because my friendsare starting to worrie because of some things I did over him

If he makes plans with you, but doesn't show up, the explanations range from valid things preventing him from keeping the meeting, to being undependable, to just playing games with you. Unless he actually has valid reasons for not keeping these plans, there really is no reason to expect anything further or keep this up. There will be guys that are actually interested and so they will make plans with you and keep them. There's no point in keeping yourself miserable wondering why he is doing this and waiting for him.
