carebear agony auntWARNING!!!!

Anyone thinking of getting a tattoo,Only ever get mother father childrens names as these folk will be with you for life. No b/f or g/f or even partner as you can break up. I have a tattoo its a scorpion it means something to ME. Poster if you break up get it covered with something else and don't make the same mistake again.

It would be a constant reminder of the other guy and make me feel like I am just a substitute for him. Probably not true, but it would still bother me. Constant reminders of an ex are not good.

Twirly agony auntI hope things work out for you with this guy, although the fact that you got the tattoo more to re-assure him than for yourself doesn't bode too well, as it suggests he is insecure and that you are having to over sompensate to appease him.

If it doesn't work out then I really wouldn't worry about future guys being put off by the tattoo, if a guy is worth his salt he will love you just as you are and you can simply tell him the truth, which is that you had it done to try and please a boyfriend who was insecure.

You can also look into having in removed as well, I know it is possible although I don't know how much it costs or exactly what is involved.

Either way don't worry, it's character building and is all part of who you are!

(alternatively you could look for guy with the same name lol!) xx

Danielepew agony auntIf I understand this right, you have a tattoo with the initials of your current boyfriend. Your question is whether another guy could be turned off at seeing that tattoo on you.

I think many men would be turned off, because it would feel as if the boyfriend were always there. Illogic, but the human heart doesn't work that rationally.

Some guys wouldn't mind. However, if you're worried, perhaps you can have it removed?

If I was a guy it would probably annoy me. It would be constant reminder of how much you loved him. And as a girl, if my bf had that, i wouldnt like it.

You know you can get them 'removed'? Althogh you will have a scar but you wont be able to see what was there. You might want to consider that.

The fact that you cared that much about someone, most people will see as yourself being loving etc…

but the idea that you put all your eggs in one basket however old you are and however much you loved him, shows naivety, which isn’t a turn on.

Guys like dependant women for fun…..It’s the independent women that are keepers.

The tattoo won’t be a turn off so don’t worry… its however the guy sees the reason for the tattoo…

Doesn’t help that much tho soz :P – interpret as you will.
