 People respond differently to different actions on different parts of the body. It doesn't really make much difference whether it's girl/girl or heterosexual.
I suggest you experiment and watch for the reaction. It's not hard to see it when you get it right - or when you get it wrong. Most important is to try to be in tune with your partner's responses as you explore the various parts of her body - and learn whether it's a gentle touch to those parts that does it for her, or whether something a little rougher works better. Use your hands, fingers, fingernails, lips, tongue, teeth - and, as I said, watch for the reaction to each different way of touching.
