 You should just be confident and ask her out. If she's like kissing you and stuff, then she's probably not playing you around. Also, if she turns you down, don't beat yourself up over it, she's either really scared about you asking her out, or she's just not ready for dating yet.

 This is cute. Puppy love can be so endearing. I know you feel serious about all of this, but it a passing fancy. In other words, she probably is crazy about you NOW, but tomorrow it could be different. If you really want to know something, communicate with her and ask. If you start talking about any and everything now, you'll mature faster and learn so much about girls and visa versa. Always respect a good girl-and you'll know the good ones from the 'not good.'  I think she means it, either that or she's having you on.
Just be upfront about it. If she's anything like me, she'll be glad that you asked instead of presuming that she likes you.
If you both like each other, ask her out. Don't just do it out of the blue though, take her some place nice and ask her there.
