Warn him of NO more and then if it happens again, tell her.
She really does deserve to know. I mean if he would try with her sister then he's sure to try with others.

This must be very difficult for you. If it was me personally, I'd let it go this time but if it happens again let her know. Its her choice whether to believe you or not and if she dosnet, that isnt your problem.
