Abella agony auntYou can always be a good friend to your cousin. But how close a cousin is that cousin? If it is a first cousin do you really want to make it more than good friends. If you like him, then why not make it clear that he is your honorary brother? That keeps it clear than it is like a good friend who is in a brother-sister relationship. And saves the hassle of others surmising your cousin is more. Yes be his friend, because your cousin may have a slight crush on you.
