I wouldn't worry about it at the moment. You're still in school, so there's no rush. Don't be pressurized by friends and never do anything you don't want to. When the time is right, the guy will come along. When he does, just be yourself.

 At 15, you're still young. Who the hell cares if you've never had a boyfriend? It's not an issue and it's certainly not a problem. All you need to do is keep your eyes open outside of school. Someone will come along when the time is right. Just be sure to be with him for all the right reasons and not for the sake of it.But believe me, at your age, there is no need at all for you to be rushing into a relationship with anyone. Have fun and enjoy yourself. X

If you're in an all-girls school, then it's a bit harder to meet people I guess. Can you kind of be introduced to friends of friends? I think this would be easiest. The other option is trying to get a few numbers at parties etc, but I think that way is safer. And you can't exactly walk up to someone in the street haha.
I'm sure if your looks and personlity are great then you won't have any trouble. Just be yourself, talk to them like you'd talk to anyone, but with some flirty smiles etc! Haha :D
