 Go see a lawyer, they'll tell you the best way to go about wrapping the marriage up financially, and guide you on arrangements for children if you have any.
I think you need to tell your husband that you think the marriage is over for starters though.
Difficult to answer this question with such limited imformation.

 Jen, a marriage isnt something you can simply "get out of"Do you want to speak (write) to me in privately, send me an email, I cant really help you if you are being so vague. I believe in praying about situations as I am a Christian, I dont know how you feel about that but I can do that for you. xXx

what a short question! it is not quite clear what your problem is ...
Is it that you don't know how to tell your husband that the relationship is over?
Is it that you don't know how to go about getting a divorce?
Is it that you don't know how to split up the joint assets / move out of the house ?
Which bit of "needing to get out of your marriage" is the problem?
