writes:This is real awkward but im not sure. I go to this dojo where i live and i train with a guy sensei. He's really nice and great with everyone and i cant help liking him. Not just like student-teacher but like best friends. He's pretty much the only person i can trust :) But I think sometimes i like him a bit more than i should. Its unprofessional which is what i always think. Ill be a Sempai(assistant instructor) sometime next year or the year after but im not sure if that would make things a bit more awkward or not between us. Sure itd strengthen our bond as friends + collegues but im not sure if it would ever progress from that. He's notlike some 60 year old pedo or anything. He's 20 and Im (almost) 15 :/ is it just hormones and crap or what? I dont want to ruin our friendship by all means.

Sometimes I just feel really awkward around him. I've been doing it for a year now and I thought it wouldve warn off but idk. Ill just let it slide for now haha

As you mature and grow you will learn that having crushes on folks you work with is not bad nor abnormal. What makes them bad or abnormal or unprofessional is doing something about it.
so you have your crush and your admiration and you keep it to yourself.
IF you are like most 15 yr old girls he knows how you feel and if he's mature and adult, he's going to ignore it the same way you are gong to ignore it (that's the "professional" thing to do) while with him.
this too shall pass although it may take a while if you nurture the crush/

 It is unprofessional, however, at your age it's very normal and almost everyone has a childhood crush on a person in authority.
Please recognize this for what it is and keep it to yourself. There are boys your age that are available that you can crush on way more easily.
