First of all, your boobs are beautiful just as they are. I have an A cup, and am perfectly happy with what God gave me. There are, however, a couple of things I could suggest, one would be a heavily padded bra, you can get gel bras or you could get bra inserts. Also a trick I sometimes do I learnt from this webpage: http://www.sheknows.com/beauty-and-style/articles/803403/make-your-breasts-look-bigger-enhance-your-cleavage-with-makeup.
It's very simple and works.
But, in all fairness, if this is the first time he has seen you in person, I'd consider it better if you looked as natural as possible. He is with you, not your breasts. You don't need any sort of enhancement, natural or otherwise.

Also, if he's indicated to you that breast size is important to him, he's far too superficial and not worth knowing, much less calling him your "boyfriend".
And last, if you think the only value you have is in your cup size, your desperatly in need of counselling.
The true value of a person is on the inside and not on the surface. Looks fade over time, but a warm soul will be loved for ever!

 So you want bigger breasts - implants or herbs aren't allowed, but you want to make them bigger naturally... I'm sorry but there's nothing you can do. If there was a way women would do that and skip getting surgeries. You can gain weight and risk putting weight where you don't want it, but that's not good in the long run anyways. Only thing you can do is accept how you are. There's nothing wrong with small breasts. Did the guy say something to make you insecure about the size? If not, why are you worrying? If he did say something, then it's time you think about your relationship.
