 Your description certainly indicates a close first-time orgasm - note I suggested "close." A full orgasm will probably feel quite a bit more overwhelming - such as the tingling you described, but also sensations such as gushing, warming, vaginal contractions, trembling and a great release of tension followed by shivers, goose bumps and a lingering euphoria. It's pretty much the same for men. I think that you came very close - even experienced a small one, but it will probably just get much better.
