I know its weird, and I am not a mentaly challenged person . We always flirt around, she will grab me all over and rub up against me. Sometimes I would be in my room laying down and she would jump on top of me and just give me a look like she wants it. I want to try to tell her but, then she could go crazy and then tell the family. Cousin marriage is normal in the Islamic world today and was normal in our society until the twentieth century.
To answer the question: sexual exploration with your cousin is a bad idea. That's because 1. It may not be wrong but in the modern Western world it ain't normal either and your family would be shocked and 2. you can move on from an unrelated partner but not your cousin. You don't want her meeting your wife when you're older and remembering way back when. So find someone unrelated to fool around with.

Go for it if you want kids with webbed hands a feet and a leg growing out of its head. Ok, that was a bit insensitive. But DO NOT have sex with YOUR COUSIN!!! I'm not trying to poke fun, but doesn't that gross you out at all? Maybe because I'm female, but I do have a couple good looking cousins, but the thought of having sex with them repulses me.
Tell her she needs to lay off the touchy feely stuff and jumping on you. And go find a nice girl that isn't related to you.

 please dont have sex with your family memeber if thats what you are thinking. you are an american and it isnt legal there to do those things with your cousin. its incest hunny and if you did have sex with her, what would your family say if she fell pregnant? what would that poor child be like if that happend. please keep it in your pants and try to ignore this
