 It's normal. It doesn't mean you are a lesbian. Don't be scared by it, what turns you on and makes you feel good while masturbating is often completely different from what you're attracted to otherwise. Ignore your masturbation fantasies for a while and look at the girls at your school again. Are you attracted to them? Would you rather be with one of them than your boyfriend? Can you picture being in a relationship with one of them?
Thinking about a thing, and actually doing it, are two very different things. What you're experiencing is very normal, and nothing to be alarmed about.
If it helps you feel better I can say that I hardly ever picture, or think of, any boyfriends I've ever had while masturbating. I enjoy sex with my boyfriend a lot, it's amazing, and I don't crave anyone other than him. But when I masturbate, I can't get off to him. Or any person I know for that matter. Not even myself. Instead I think of made up scenarios, made up people, even impossible situations (like imagining Im a guy, or not human), forbidden fruit situations, and all of it is mostly things I'd not want in real life. But it's what puts me in the mood and gets me off.
There's nothing that's not normal when it comes to fantasies.
