The only thing that will make masterbating better in your case is waiting longer than an hour each time, preferably a half a day at least, and if you can wait alot longer than that, do it. If you wait alot longer, it will feel way better each time you go back and punish yourself. Another thing you can try is to switch hands everytime one gets tired, so you don't have one big forearm. In doing so, you can imagine your taking turns screwing two different girls at the same time, or two different holes. You've gotta give yourself time to replenish supply, if you will. It's perfectly normal but if you're truly worried, check it up with a doctor. As embarassing as it seems, doctors have literally seen and heard it all. It's your job to ask if you have any concerns. But don't worry about it.
