I can't cancel it, its not in my name... but if he wants to go why won't he call me up and say i don't want to go... I'm not planning on going but my name is still on the reservation.  Maybe because he can't get back his deposit and it would make more sense financially to just go either alone or with someone else. I Don't read into it too much and start telling yourself that he still has hope for you to go with him because if that was the case you would have heard from him by now. Whatever the reason, it's his business unless you are financially invested in this.
Forget about it and just let things happen as they will
