 you should have taken the morning after pill as soon after sex as you could have! why did you wait 3 days later? i've used it once and what i understood from the doctor is it can work up to 72 hours later, but the effectiveness goes down as the time since sex increases. i would take a pregnancy test just in case...

 There is a small chance as you can only take the morning after pill at no more than three days after unprotected sex and the longer you leave it the less likely it will work
