Hey,

A question about shy girls. A friend told this girl that I like her. Me and this girl have never really spoken but have held eye contact and smiled on quite a few occasions. Since then she has been asking another mutual friend (female) about me and said that she wanted to meet me. When this friend suggested that they text me this girl just said 'no! no! no!' and stopped her. The other day this friend finally introduced us but all I got was a massive smile and then she just WALKED AWAY!! The thing is, we never get to see each other (we work completely different shifts). To make matters worse I had walk past her later and she was with other people but couldnt take her eyes off me. Why would she run away when she knew that it was little encounters like that are the only time we can talk? Shy, embarrased or not interested?

Thanks

aunt honesty agony auntI think she might have been a little bit shy and was unsure about what to say or do so she just walked away. I don't think she knows how to start a conversation with you or how to get the ball rolling. So why don't you try and get her phone number and start things off. Or just try and talk to her and ask her out for a drink.
