This is quite normal your body is just reacting to the changes at the time of your monthly cycle.
One of the joys of being a woman i was told!

It is quite normal for this to happen, I get it too. It is a pain, but nothing to worry about, and it doesn't mean that you are putting on weight. It should go during your period. x

Yes, and avoid salty foods, that'll make you retain water even worse.

You're retaining water and also getting a bit bloated.
It's another FUN symptom of being a woman.
You can eat yoghurt and keep drinking water to wash your system through.
Google water retention and you'll find lots of herbal teas and things that work for some people to try.
Talk to your mum as well as these things are normally the same in families.
Good Luck!! xx

You're bloated - it just happens sometimes. Sore boobs, incredible mood swings, bloating, spots, weight gain, it's a bundle of fun.
