 Its hard to say why he keeps looking at you, maybe because he is right in front of you he does not have many other places to look while he fondels.
Or maybe he just likes to see you enjoying the experience.

 I think it's a case of him liking being the one bringing you pleasure and he likes to watch your face more than actually looking at your body parts. I hope you moan because you like it, if he's doing something that's not good, SAY IT, be vocal about what you dislike or if anything causes you pain or disconfort, most times the other person thinks you're enjoying it and they're doing great when in fact you're hatng it, but if you don't say anything now he'll continue and repeat that over and over...
