 I'd say he is not in love with either of you because he doesn't know what love really is. He's using the other woman as his "safety net" while he plays around with you. Do you really want to live like this? In someone else's shadow? Don't you deserve better? ....

 Because you are "instants ego gratification" to him. He thinks he has some kind of "ownership" over your feelings and you. He likes to think that several women just love and adore him and that THEY can't let go of his "uberness". Seriously he needs a reality check!
