apologies if she is older and there was a mistake, but at least find out before giving tips.

I agree With Midge, if your age is 10-12, then you don't need to carry on having sex with a 16 y.o, you need to tell a parent or teacher, if hes having sex with young girl's, its classed as being a pedofile.

 Is your age on the profile right, because like nidget gem said if he is over 16 and having sex with an10-12 year old he is a peadophile and needs to be stopped.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell a parent, a teacher, an aunt/uncle even an older sibling someone older you can trust as what you are doing is wrong and having sex at your age isnt right.

2) get him to try squeezing, can delay orgasm, there are exercises and stuff which can help.
3) you don't mention if you've tried it, but try different positions,
4) condoms, often stop men enjoying sex as much, so could help to deley orgasm.
