Actually, you're supposed to pee after sex (and before sex, too) whether or not you have the urge, because it drastically reduce your risk of a bladder infection. It helps to get rid of the bacteria in the urethra.

It is actually a good idea to pee and also wash within about 15 minutes of sex. It helps prevent UTIs because any bacteria that gets into the urethra is flushed away by peeing and any bacteria outside that can get into the urethra is washed away by washing. It is probably even more important with oral sex because of all the bacteria in the mouth. My wife never seems to get a UTI if she pees and washes shortly after sex, oral or intercourse.

Because a giant lump has been rubbing against your urethra (where the pee comes out) and bumping your bladder from the inside.
Of course that is going to make you want to pee.
make sure you go before hand if it bothers you.
Good Luck!! xx

your bladder is stimulated by sex. its quite normal and healthy as it removes bacteria from the urinary tract and prevents infections
