 Even though I don't do "brit-speak' I think 'mates' refers to friends and "CRUSH" sounds like it might be a girl you like a lot...being in all uppercase it probably means you like her very much. If those two assumptions are even close to being correct then the obvious answer is...Don't dis(disrespect) your "CRUSH" go to her party! Your "mates will get over it in short order if you're a no show to their lame party. They'll all probably just get drunk and puke anyway.

 I say you should go to the smaller one with your crush, it might give you a chance to talk more to her and maybe even let her know how you feel.
