The fact that you are asking what a pregnant tummy feels like tells me that you either suspect that you are pregnant and hae missed a period or something or more periods that have been missed.
The one true way of knowing if you are pregnant is to take a test, most home kits don't cost the earth and the sooner you know one way or another, then you can decide where to go from here.
Never hit your stomach so much that it hurts, that is just not good at any time and certainly not if you suspect you are pregnant.
If you think you are and you have what is classified as a slight show which can be a small amount of discharge which is clear like jelly but with a thread of blood running through it then this can also indicate pregnancy.
Morning sickness can affect some women and others can just feel sick but are never actually sick. Some have no sickness at all and are very lucky. I was someone who felt sick for 4 months but was never actually sick.
I think the main thing is to either get a home kit or get yourself to a clinic or doctor and know for certain one way or the other as speculation is not great and everyone is different so what one woman shows can be different for someone else.
If you know you have had unprotected sex and you have missed periods then the likelihood of being pregnant is far greater than if you are on the pill and you have not missed any periods.
Good luck and don't leave this OK.

Everyone's different, largely because of your body shape and the ammount of fat you may already have around your abdomen.
Most of the women in my family start showing on the 5th month, although clothes can feel unconfortable around the 3rd. We're all quite well padded, but from the 5th month onwards the tummy gets firm and more defined. If you touch it, it will feel a bit like a foot-ball. From the inside, you can just feel bloated and occasionally you'll feel as if you had trapped wind moving about your abdomen or butterflies... That's the baby moving!
As for feeling pain when you hit it, I should hope you don't go around punching yourself in the stomach, that's just weird! A pregnant belly will be more sensitive, but being always hurts!
