You probably are too rough with the toys, and then not lubricated enough, so you scratch your skin. Unless you're bleeding internally then no worries. But if you're starting to bleed internally, and it isn't your menstruation, contact a doctor.

 You shouldn't be bleeding when you use toys. Unless you're sticking them through your cervix I can't see how it could damage your reproductive organs, but you should be more gentle with them. If you're bleeding that means you are hurting yourself and should stop.
