 Thats a tough one to answer, to be honest some guys mays genuinly mean it, while some guys may just be saying it to keep you sweet. Personally i would not say i love you to a girl if i did not mean it from the bottom of my heart.

It may or may not be true. You have to figure it out in the context of their entire behavior. Is he old enough to know what love is? Does just do it to get something from you? Did he introduce you to his mom?
