 In general, the best positions to hit the gspot are ones where the penis and "hit" the front vaginal wall.
For me, what works best is the face-to-face position (seen here: http://www.thefemalegspot.com/g-spot-stimulation/g-spot-position/).
It great for gspot orgasms, and is intimate at the same time since you're facing your partner

 As "Annalisa" recommends below, doggie-style likely will bring the penis in contact with the G-spot if your partner aims downward while you angle your hips a certain way. This will probably require some experimentation. Some partners, both male and female, are less comfortable with this position.
Another position that may result in G-spot stimulation is woman-on-top, also called "cowgirl" position, which allows the woman much more control over angle of penetration. If your partner maintains a good erection, you can lean back slightly in rhythm to possibly stroke the area. The most certain G-spot stimulation remains manually with fingers, best accompanied by oral stimulation by the male partner.
